When you say 'a whole bag' of Kit Kats. How many were in the bag. Was it a bag of 5 Kit Kats or a bag of 20?
Being a very large dog and considering it's just milk chocolate I don't think she will have any problems. You could give your vet a call but I'm fairly sure she will be fine without any treatment. I certainly wouldn't make her vomit unless the vet recommends it and I doubt they will.
